Join the MMT Passengers’ Association
What do you get from membership of the MMPA?
- We publish four newsletters per year, two of which coincide with the timetable changes so that we can send you copies of the latest timetable booklets and leaflets. The postal service is now opt-in for online members.
- You can attend the Association’s AGM held in March of each year at the Bourne End Community Centre. We have presentations from First Great Western and Chiltern Railways, and you can question their senior managers. We may also have representatives from Network Rail and Crossrail in attendance, and we invite the bus operators and local councillors.
- We can pursue complaints with the operators if you get nowhere with their customer service centres and complaints procedures.
- It gives you the opportunity to be part of the local transport user group for our area.
